The fabric has a lifespan of approximately 25 years, while the hot-dip galvanized steel frame has a significantly longer lifespan. By replacing the roof fabric and gable fabrics, you essentially get a new warehouse in a short time for a low investment.

By replacing the roof fabric and gable fabrics, you essentially get a new hall in a short time at a low investment. If you want to replace the fabric on a PMH Hall, we have drawings of it in our archives, which means we can easily get a perfect fit for the new fabric.
If the hall is from another manufacturer, we solve this by having our experienced sales staff or fitters measure the hall to manufacture a new fabric that fits.
The fabric has been developed over the years and is of higher quality today. Today's fabrics have higher tensile strength and tear resistance and are coated on both sides. In addition to giving your hall a facelift, a new fabric also ensures that snow and water run off more easily. When replacing the fabric, the fabric tensioning components and any ground sealing material are usually also replaced. A general inspection of the hall is carried out when replacing the fabric.
