When you have a temporary storage need, a rental hall is a quick and economical solution. Rental halls are available in four standard modules: 120 m² (10 x 12 x 3 m), 180 m² (12 x 15 x 4 m), 240 m² (15 x 16 x 4.5 m), and 360 m² (12 x 30 x 4 m). The rental halls are equipped with sturdy sliding doors. The halls can be extended by connecting two or more modules and can also be connected to existing buildings.

Rent warehouses for temporary storage needs
When you have a temporary storage need, a rental hall is a quick and economical solution. Rental halls are available in four standard modules: 120 m² (10 x 12 x 3 m), 180 m² (12 x 15 x 4 m), 240 m² (15 x 16 x 4.5 m), and 360 m² (12 x 30 x 4 m). The rental halls are equipped with sturdy sliding doors. The halls can be extended by connecting two or more modules and can also be connected to existing buildings. Rental halls are made of cold-formed and hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, which makes the frame durable and gives it a long service life.
On the outside of the frame is a thick, lacquered PVC fabric with a white, translucent roof that provides pleasant daylight over the column-free surface. The walls are straight in design to allow for optimal utilization. The hall can be placed close to the business to avoid unnecessary logistics costs.
Are your storage needs temporary?
It doesn't take long to get a rental hall in place. It can be assembled in 2-4 days, depending on the size you choose. You can keep it for as long as you need it. The rental hall is easy to place and requires a hard surface, such as an existing gravel or asphalt area. We anchor the rental hall with double anchor bolts, which are driven into the ground to ensure that the hall is stable. If the rental hall is placed on an asphalt surface, it is possible to seal it against the asphalt to prevent surface water from entering. If the hall is sealed, a dehumidifier can be installed to provide a controlled environment without heating in both summer and winter. No corrosion or moisture – an ideal and energy-efficient way to store materials. The rental price varies depending on the size you need and the length of the rental period.

Building permit
Just like any other building, a rental hall requires a building permit if it is located within a detailed planning area. The building permit process is simpler in this case, as you are applying for a temporary building permit. PMH provides the necessary documentation and assistance if required. Read more here.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is 6 months, but is otherwise flexible by agreement. In most cases, existing agreements can be extended without any problems. Please contact us for an arrangement that suits your specific needs.
Equipment
The rental hall can be supplemented with equipment as needed. It is possible to rent the hall with lighting and/or dehumidifiers. We can arrange fans and heating units if you want them, and our collision protection is also available as an accessory for PMH Rental Halls.
