Introduction
PMH International AB / PMH-Hallen (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and strives to always process personal data in a responsible, secure, and lawful manner.

Data Controller
PMH International AB is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an identified or identifiable natural person. Examples of personal data include name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, job title and place of employment, customer number, or other identifying information.
What personal information do we process, and when?
We process personal data in connection with our customer relationships, supplier contacts, recruitment, marketing activities, and when you use our website. This may include, for example:

- information related to quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoicing

Legal basis: Legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest consists of developing and maintaining business relationships, as well as providing information about products and services that are relevant to our customers and business partners.
For Recruitment
During the recruitment process, we process information provided in applications, resumes, and other relevant documentation.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest or consent, depending on the circumstances.
Legal basis, storage, and deletion of personal data
In order to process personal data in a lawful manner, there must be a legal basis for such processing. As a legal basis for the processing, we will refer to the performance of a contract and also to a so-called balancing of interests with regard to a legitimate interest. If we use legitimate interest as a basis, it will be done in the situations presented above. We have also concluded, through a balancing of interests, that the personal data being processed is in our legitimate interest and therefore does not require your explicit consent.
We store your personal data for as long as it is deemed necessary to achieve the purpose and objectives for which the data was collected.
How long do we retain personal data?
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized, unless we are required by law to retain it or need it to establish, assert, or defend legal claims.
Customer, Quote, and Contract Information
Information related to quotes, orders, deliveries, service, installation, warranties, and complaints is retained for the duration of the customer relationship or the matter at hand. Thereafter, the information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill warranty obligations, address any claims, or comply with other legal obligations.
Accounting Information
Financial records, such as invoices and payment documentation, are retained for seven years following the calendar year in which the fiscal year ended, in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act.
Contact Information and Marketing
Contact information used for customer relations and relevant marketing is retained for as long as the business relationship continues or for as long as the information is deemed current and the processing is justified. The information will be deleted or blocked for marketing purposes if you object to the processing or unsubscribe from mailings.
Recruitment
Information provided in a job application is retained during the ongoing recruitment process and thereafter only for as long as necessary to address any questions or legal claims arising from the recruitment. If we wish to retain the application for future recruitment, we will obtain consent. Once there is no longer a legitimate need or valid consent, the information is deleted.
Online Forms and Other Inquiries
Information provided via web forms, email, or telephone is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on the inquiry. If the contact leads to a quote, order, or other business relationship, the information is processed in accordance with the retention period applicable to that purpose.

The retention period for cookies and similar technologies is specified in our Cookie Policy and the options displayed in the website’s cookie settings.
Transfer of personal data
We may share personal information with other parties when necessary for our business operations or when we are required to do so by law.
We may share personal information with:
