Anchoring
The PMH Hall is easily anchored directly to the ground using anchor bolts or ground anchors that are driven into the ground. The anchoring depth for anchor bolts or ground anchors is approximately 0.7–1.5 meters. In situations where the size of the hall requires a different solution, we can supply prefabricated concrete blocks to which the steel frame can then be directly attached.
PMH-Hallen is anchored using slightly different methods depending on the ground conditions at the site where the hall is to be erected. As standard, shorter spans are anchored with double anchor bolts at each leg, which are driven approximately 1 meter into the ground. Larger spans are anchored with ground anchors that are driven down, and where an anchor expands down in the ground to ensure that the design lifting forces are achieved.

PMH-Hallen is anchored using slightly different methods depending on the ground conditions at the site where the hall is to be erected. Larger spans are anchored with ground anchors that are driven down and where an anchor expands down in the ground to ensure that the design lifting forces are achieved. If there is uncertainty about the current ground conditions, a test pull can be carried out to see which anchoring method is best for this particular surface. In addition to these options, which are suitable for gravel and asphalt surfaces, the PMH Hall can be anchored to a cast concrete slab or concrete base. Anchoring is then carried out using cast-in bolt groups or expansion/chemical anchors. As an option, we can supply prefabricated concrete bases that are installed in conjunction with other groundwork.
