Insulated storage tents and tent halls

We offer customized insulated storage tents and warehouses for the storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished components. Our insulated storage tents are also ideal for use as picking warehouses and logistics solutions. As the customer, you decide the purpose, and we at PMH-Hallen will tailor the right solution for your needs.

Insulation with high insulation value

The interior of the storage tents is lined with an insulated inner fabric that is attached to the steel frame (see the steel frame of the storage tent in the image below). The insulation consists of polyester, which ensures a long service life and maintains its insulating properties even in damp environments. The storage tents have a calculated U-value of 0.4W/m2C as standard. The thickness of the insulation on the storage tents can be changed if a different U-value is desired.

Self-supporting steel frame

The PMH Hall has a self-supporting steel frame that provides a bright and open column-free workspace. The insulated storage tent is available in a number of standard widths: 8-10-12-15-18-20-24-30-36-40 meters. The length is manufactured in 4-meter sections. PMH-Hallen's insulated tent storage is perfect for temperature-sensitive goods and storage. This could be raw materials such as metals awaiting production, which need to be kept at a certain temperature to prevent condensation when they are brought into the heat. Our insulated tent also works perfectly as a heated picking warehouse, providing a comfortable temperature for both employees and temperature-sensitive goods.

Our insulated storage tents are manufactured from standard modules, offering you, the customer, a wide range of options in terms of width, length, and height.

Interior surface layer of storage tent

The inner surface layer of the insulated tent hall is made of a strong PVC fabric that is flame retardant. The interior of the insulated storage tent comes with a white interior as standard to maintain a bright interior. Despite the insulated inner fabric, it works perfectly to attach interior fittings to the inside of the hall's steel frame.

Ventilation of storage tents

The insulated storage tent comes with electric aerotempers as standard. These are positioned with a directed air flow for even heat distribution and fresh air. The positioning obviously depends on the size of the hall.

Size and options

The insulated tent hall construction has self-supporting frames that provide a column-free floor space. Our insulated tent warehouse can be manufactured in a span of up to 50 meters in any length.

Depending on the activity and purpose, the insulated storage tent can be equipped and customized with various options. We offer everything from industrial lighting fixtures and dehumidifiers for a controlled hall environment to logos/printing on the insulated tent hall, and even pallet racks if needed.
