A warehouse from PMH is a rational and advantageous solution for most storage needs. The warehouse can be designed according to your specific needs and wishes. Almost every warehouse is unique and adapted to what is needed to suit your particular business. There is a wide variety of gates and doors to choose from, and they can be placed on both the gables and the long sides.  

The warehouse has no load-bearing pillars, providing free floor space.

The hall is designed so that there are no load-bearing posts/columns inside the hall, allowing the floor space to be used optimally for whatever you want to store in your warehouse. The warehouse is available in many different sizes. The standard width ranges from 8 meters up to 40 meters, and it can basically be as long as you want. We adapt the height to your needs. A warehouse from PMH instead of a conventional building?

There are many advantages to PMH storage halls, as they can be customized to suit your specific storage needs. A storage hall can be produced relatively quickly, as it consists of a well-developed system of standard components. It is quick to assemble and relatively easy to move. If your storage needs increase, you can extend the warehouse more easily than with a conventional building. A major advantage of a warehouse is that you can utilize the entire floor space, as there are no pillars in the warehouse. The entire space is well lit, as the white roof fabric allows daylight to pass through, providing good lighting in the warehouse.

A warehouse from PMH is ideal for storing goods that are not particularly sensitive to temperature.

Pallet racks can be placed in the hall to maximize storage and provide pallet storage even at height. It is also possible to install a plank wall as high as necessary if you have bulk storage of, for example, wood chips or sand.

Size of warehouse

PMH-Hallen can be customized to the size that suits your needs. There are a number of standard widths: 8-10-12-15-18-20-24-26-30-36-40 meters, but if you need a different width, we can arrange that too. When it comes to the length of our warehouses, we manufacture them in 4-meter sections as standard, but here too, it is possible to make changes so that you can get the size that suits you. The height of the warehouses is manufactured in even meters from 3 meters and up. The height we specify is the minimum clear height in the hall at the long side. Since the roof is arched, the height is slightly higher in the middle, depending on the width of the hall. The arched roof makes the structure stable without pillars to support the roof, so the floor space is completely free to use in the best possible way.

Canvas tension

We tension our hall covers using a method involving tensioning screws, which means that the cover remains as taut as when it is put in place, and there is no need for any subsequent tensioning. In addition, a threaded rod lock is installed to protect the fabric. PMH-Hallen's arched roof construction provides an optimal installation surface for the fabric without the risk of localized wear, unlike gable roofs and broken roofs. A standard hall fabric is delivered in three parts: one fabric that covers the roof and long sides and two separate gable fabrics. We weld our fabrics together on site during installation, which ensures a perfect fit and makes the hall completely airtight. Large halls located in exposed areas with high winds may require extra security in the fabric, in which case welded tension straps can be installed, running from side to side across the roof and then attached to the frame.

Anchoring of warehouse

The anchoring, which ensures that our warehouses are stable, is carried out in different ways depending on the nature of the ground where the warehouse is to be located. If the warehouse is to be placed on a hard-packed gravel surface or asphalt surface, anchor bolts or ground anchors are used. For smaller warehouses, double anchoring bars are placed 1 meter down into the ground at each leg. For larger warehouses, a ground anchor is driven into the ground and then unfolded once in place. If this method is not suitable for the ground where the warehouse is to be built, a concrete slab can be cast on site or prefabricated concrete blocks can be used as a base to anchor the warehouse.

Dimensioning of warehouse

The PMH Hall is dimensioned according to European Construction Standards (ECS) and the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's building regulations (BBR). The input values are the snow and wind loads determined for each municipality.
