Hello there... PETER STIGSSON
WHAT DO YOU DO AS A SALES ASSISTANT AT PMH-HALLEN ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
As a salesperson, my main task is to talk to customers and solve their problems. This applies both to the construction of new halls and to halls that need to be rebuilt and repaired. I come up with suggestions and good solutions for customers and then provide them with quotes. I am my customers' primary point of contact when it comes to quote requests, orders, and installation.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK?
I enjoy working with my colleagues the most. In terms of sales, I enjoy it most when I manage to solve a problem for a customer that the customer themselves couldn't identify at first. When the customer then comes back and says that it's better than they could have imagined, I'm happy, but the best thing is when they call a few years later and buy another hall!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AT PMH AND WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING?
Since 2010, I have been part of PMH, i.e. for 14 years, where I have mainly worked as a salesperson. Before my time at PMH, I had experience as a window salesperson, ran a café, and before that, I sold various types of alarms and surveillance systems.
WHAT CHALLENGES DO YOU SEE AHEAD IN YOUR FIELD?
I look forward to getting the new organization in place so that I can focus more on finding the best solutions for our customers.
