A Long-Term Partnership
Polykemi AB and PMH Hallen have a long history of collaboration. Over the years, we have delivered several warehouses to the company’s operations in Ystad, where the need for flexible storage capacity has grown alongside the company.
In our previous customer case study, we described how Polykemi uses its warehouses to store both raw materials and finished plastic products. In total, Polykemi has 15 warehouses with a combined area of 17,500 m².
The partnership is now expanding to include another facility.
From Delivery to Installation
Right now, the project is in the middle of the installation phase.
Delivering a hall isn't just about the hall's structure itself. At PMH Hallen, we assist our customers throughout the entire process, including design, building permit assistance, and assembly.
During assembly, the warehouse structure is gradually being built on-site at Polykemi. The photos from the project provide a glimpse into the work behind a new warehouse and how the solution is taking shape step by step.
Flexible storage capacity as the business grows
For Polykemi, the ability to adjust warehouse capacity to meet the needs of its operations has been important. The company has previously described how fluctuating inventory volumes, combined with the need for efficient deliveries, create a need for flexibility.
The new hall will mark another step forward in the long-term partnership between Polykemi and PMH Hallen.
